Have you been asked to consider becoming an elder? Are you quite new to eldership – or have you been an elder for years but welcome a refresher about what it entails? Then Exploring Eldership is for you!
Synod Training & Development Officer Derek Graham will be hosting a series of six informal discussions about the key aspects of eldership, using the URC’s accessible training resource Exploring Eldership. Covering everything from calling and mission to pastoral care and governance, the sessions take place on successive Tuesday evenings from 22 April – and you can come to as many or as few as you wish.
