Content of Type Resource+ is intended to carry documents ready for printing, or for editing prior to return by email.
These documents should not be inserted in the Gutenberg body.
They should be attached in the More Settings: Documents tab:-
They then will appear collected together at the end of the Resource item:-
Images, Audio and Videos are allowed to be embedded in the Gutenberg body. However, this has a side effect of allowing the Media block to be useable, through which document could also be added.
For consistency, Please do not do this.
